Imperial Decree

Imperial Decrees are legislative acts issued exclusively by the Emperor and Autocrat, a Decree can override an Imperial Act, but not in reverse. Imperial Decrees do not require approval from the Imperial Senate or Imperial Government and are issued on the whim of the Emperor and Autocrat.

An outlined Imperial Decree, means it has been Revoked. An Amendment and note is usually made.

Imperial Acts are legislative acts debated and passed by the Imperial Senate, and granted Imperial Assent by the Emperor and Autocrat. The Emperor and Autocrat retains the Right of Absolute Veto.

An outlined Imperial Act, means it has been Revoked. An Amendment and note is usually made.
