General Requirements & Information:

The Empire of Lehmark offers a range of employment opportunities within its Imperial Government and private sectors. Citizens can apply for open positions by completing the Employment Application Form (EAF-001).

Employment in Lehmark stands out among micronations, as no position is merely ceremonial. Each role is accompanied by a unique set of responsibilities and tasks, making these positions ideal for Citizens who have adequate time and a strong commitment to fulfilling their duties effectively.

• Reasonable English abilities - reading, writing and spoken.

• All employees are required by law to work a minimum of 3 hours per week, employees are not permitted to work more than 10 hours per week.

• All wages are paid in Lehmark Digital Token via the Imperial Bank Bot on our Discord Server. Wages are paid monthly. See Imperial Decree 00005.

• Please Note: Ensure to review the Imperial Government Directive and related Development Plan, prior to applying for an Executive Position. 

• Please Note: Executive Positions have a minimum age requirement of 16.
