Every Citizen of Lehmark is entitled to receive a National ID Card, which also functions as a Passport. These Digital ID Cards are equipped with essential Citizen Information required for verifying a Citizen's Identity.
Additionally, they feature a sophisticated security QR Code and when scanned, this QR Code authenticates the legitimacy of the ID Card.
The dual-purpose ID Cards give Citizens of Lehmark an easy and secure way to identify themselves. Their digital design boosts security and convenience, making citizen information management efficient.
Imperial Decree 00013 - On National ID Cards defines the structure and appearance of National ID Cards, ensuring uniformity and security throughout the Empire of Lehmark.

Registration of Birth, Death or Marriage
Registration of Birth, Death or Marriage
Lehmarkians can use this Form to:
Register a Birth - where at least one parent was a Verified Lehmarkian
Register a Death - of a Lehmarkian Citizen
Register a Marriage - between two people, one of whom is a Lehmarkian.
Please note: Once this Form is processed new Citizenship Certificates, Death Certificates and Marriage Certificates will be emailed to the email address collected by this Form.
Marriage in Lehmark: Marriage is defined as consenting two adults entering into a legal arrangement. Marriage is not limited to ethnicity, race, gender, sexuality or the like.
