Every Citizen of Lehmark is entitled to receive a National ID Card, which also functions as a Passport. These Digital ID Cards are equipped with essential Citizen Information required for verifying a Citizen's Identity.
Additionally, they feature a sophisticated security QR Code and when scanned, this QR Code authenticates the legitimacy of the ID Card.
The dual-purpose ID Cards give Citizens of Lehmark an easy and secure way to identify themselves. Their digital design boosts security and convenience, making citizen information management efficient.
Imperial Decree 00013 - On National ID Cards defines the structure and appearance of National ID Cards, ensuring uniformity and security throughout the Empire of Lehmark.
Disclaimer: Lehmarkians should take note that the Empire of Lehmark does not recommend using a National ID Card for macronational identification purposes and would ask Lehmarkians refrain from said practice.

Citizen Registry Form (CRF-001)
The Citizen Registry Form (CRF-001) is used to Register the following:
Register a Birth - where at least one parent was a Lehmarkian.
Register a Death - of a Lehmarkian Citizen.
Register a Marriage - between two people, one of whom is a Lehmarkian.
Register a Change of Name
Register a Change of Gender
Register Preferred Pronouns
Please Note:
To Register a Name, Gender, Pronoun change, please select Name Change on the Form to begin.
Once this Form is processed new Citizenship Certificates, Death Certificates and Marriage Certificates will be emailed to the email address collected by this Form.
Marriage in Lehmark: Marriage is defined as consenting two adults entering into a legal arrangement. Marriage is not limited to ethnicity, race, gender, sexuality or the like.
