Employment Guidelines and Requirements

Below is a list of general guidelines and requirements of employment in the Empire of Lehmark. 

Required Employee Accounts

• Register an Account with Sphere - the Empire's private network.

• Register an Account with the Imperial Bank - for payment of wages in LDT.

• Register an Account with MyLehmark - Government Portal for Citizenship and Services.

Educational Requirements

• A Degree in Imperial Studies is required for Imperial Government, Judicial or Legal Roles. 

• A Degree in Legion Training is required for all Military positions. 

General Guidelines

• Reasonable English abilities - reading, writing and spoken.

• Employees are genuinely expected to work and show commitment to their roles. 

• Employees must ensure they have the time to meet the expectations of their role.
