The Department of the Central Secretariat serves as the Empire’s principal authority for the drafting, interpretation, and amendment of Imperial Law as delegated by His Imperial Majesty. Operating under the direct command of the Emperor and Autocrat of Lehmark, the Department ensures that all decrees, legal doctrines, and communications reflect the sovereignty, dignity, and strategic priorities of the Crown.
Key responsibilities include:
Imperial Decrees: Proposing, drafting, and preparing new Imperial Decrees for consideration and final assent by His Imperial Majesty.
Legal Interpretation and Amendment: Interpreting Imperial Law, conduct periodic legal reviews, and submit amendment proposals under Imperial Decree 00012 – On Lehmarkian Autocracy.
Imperial Documentation. Drafting official correspondence, ceremonial texts, and state communications at the direction of the Crown, ensuring consistency with Imperial Decree 00001 – On the Founding Document.
The Central Secretariat safeguards the integrity of Lehmark’s legal and documentary order, ensuring that all law and state communication faithfully reflect the authority and legitimacy of the Crown.
Imperial Decrees are the highest form of legal and administrative instruction within the Empire of Lehmark, issued solely by His Imperial Majesty, the Emperor and Autocrat of Lehmark. These documents establish law, define governance structures, and direct national development.
The Department of the Central Secretariat is responsible for drafting, formatting, and archiving all Imperial Decrees at the direction of the Crown. Each decree reflects the Empire’s evolving priorities and is preserved as part of Lehmark’s legal and historical record.
